Feeling a bit lost career-wise. I joined a startup as a Software Developer, but the company is now almost shutting down. No proper work, salary delays, and it honestly feels like my career has been stuck for months.

I’m a React / Java Full-Stack developer from Hyderabad and really want to get back on track.

How comfortable/confident do you feel in the job descriptions you’re applying for? Something like partnerships/sales operations/etc where you might have complementary skills from consulting but not direct experience in that role? Feel like nothing fits my experiences perfectly
