Dont even consider if you have given Grade E with lesser pay. There are people with 14+ years in E and someone with just 14 YoE in F grade earning 50+
Yes, Architects should surly get in 55-65 range (not talking for Lloyds, just an in-general comment). But then all these guys always give increment on your current ctc. Still, you can always ask for 60-65 and see what they say. I think anything less than 40% should be considered huge lowball, and should not be accepted at all.
Depends on your current CTC. If it's over 50+ lpa already, then ask for Grade F with 40% hike
Ask for 55, only then you may get 50😄
Anyway, 55 too is just 48%, nothing whopping. 50 is just 35%, a bit less.
