Hi, can anyone please tell me can I get 90% - 100% hike on my base salary if I switch to Samsung?
My current salary is 8.75 and I have asked for 16 as base after negotiations.

I want to move to Europe or New Zealand. I am educated/barred in the US and only speak English. Is this hopeless, or are there opportunities out there for someone like me?

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

I Resigned on 12th july 2022. They ask to retain me at (11LPA+1LPA) Retaintion bonus
I asked them (12LPA+1LPA ) Retaintion bonus. Did They agree? Thanks in advance?

Paralegal level 11 w/ 14 yrs exp at
$100k base + up to 8% bonus to my
current role as compliance manager
level 9 at $123k base + up to 35%
bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career
growth. Not sure what to do.
