FYI, I worked for 3 different projects under 3 different managers and MDs, so thats not generalizing. I have replied to ur post to make things clear before u take this step, bcoz when we like few (as you generalised) joined, no one gave this kind of feedback for good. 80% of the folks wont even post feedback like this.

So I just answered for your question "why mate". I will definitely definitely know even if you join as well. I wish u join and be part of the "few" and this "nonsense" will make sense then. 🎉
