Currently in my penultimate year of a BA studying IR&Politics. Currently focused on maximising salary/earning potential whilst completing my undergraduate.

I am hoping to work in corporate/strategy consultancy and/or risk analysis.

I have completed two internships, one in classics the other in domestic political work, as well as working for a political organisation for over 3 years.

I was enquiring on the relevant pathways, things i need to do, to achieve this goal.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

I feel like all of my friends who work in tech are very open about their starting salaries and the increases each year. I am going to work in public accounting and I feel like when I look up how much I will make after being promoted or early promoted it’s very cryptic. Can anyone tell me the standard salary % increase in PA after your first, second, third promotion?

Is it feasible to go straight for MBA right after undergrad? Or is it better practice to get some work experience first?

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’ve put in so much work but I’m not where I need to be to make it. I know if I interviewed today I wouldn’t make it through.
