Is it feasible to go straight for MBA right after undergrad? Or is it better practice to get some work experience first?

Also, their benefits are not very attractive (e.g., 2 week paternity, 3.5% 401k match, unlimited vaca -- which means you have to take permission and have to feel guilty if you take off longer)

Some PMs always catch my careless mistakes, and call me out hard. Now whenever I get an email from them I assume the worst and get anxious. What is the starting salary for a strategy consulting analyst at deloitte?

I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%. In other words, I could potentially receive quarterly bonuses that add up to around $24,650. However, that bonus isn’t guaranteed according to the offer letter and is contingent on my and my clients performance. Should I take the first job or second job?
