Does anyone know how long it takes for interview process with Barclays.

My last interview round happened in early March, HR mentioned that I got positive feedback but later HR said my candidature is put on hold. In workday it's showing "Interview Underway".

I am looking for opportunities as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst. I can play either roles well.
I prefer the product industry.

How do you get through to a client who doesn't get the cultural references in your work because they're too old and frankly uncool without saying "hey you're old and uncool, I know better"??!
