Actually I am working in hr operation with 1 plus year of experience.
Can any hr tell me do they hire with 1 yr experience or their is alot criteria.

Any suggestions for how to keep my mind and body busy? My job is painfully slow and not challenging and I’ve started to re read old texts and have OD’d on Matthew Hussey videos. What are practical things I can start to help turn this next chapter? Besides job hunting! I feel like I need to throw myself into something worthwhile that I feel good about! I just don’t have inspiration or motivation right now. I feel flat.

A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. And this is sudden change. As per him same had happened with one of his colleagues too. Anybody here has any idea about it ? Can he speak up and object to working over time and on weekends ?

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

I’ve a discussion round with a startup. Current CTC 10L. How much should I get.

YOE 1 Year 6 months
I quoted 16L in beginning of the interview rounds. Interview went really really well.

Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.

There is no concept of 9 hours work schedule. I want to name few people but doing it
