My staff 1s are at least 20% higher in a similar cost of living environment at my B4 firm. I think my first year seniors are right around 6 figures. I can't comment intelligently on the job market for experienced hires, but the range I outlined above should provide some direction. Good luck!

You should be able to get at least $90k or so. But you are also very low currently, especially considering you are in somewhat high cost of living.
