I just heard recently that if you refinance and your house appraises at 20% more than the amount owed, you can remove PMI. Is this correct? Getting a divorce and trying to keep the house but moving from a VA to a traditional loan and would rather not pay PMI if I don’t have to. House was purchased for $460k no money down (VA loan), refinanced at $450k to lower payments $400/month, now have $430k left on the loan... would it have to appraise for $516k?

Hello! I’ve previously only dated white guys. While in quarantine I’ve gone on dil mil and made an effort with brown guys on apps. I am also being released, however my school has told me that I can come back once i accomplish the tasks I need to accomplish.
For people that are on the fence about the industry, I tell them to try another district. You know what you did and didn't like about your school so you can go in armed to see what another school is like. Don't be afraid to see the school, ask for a tour, talk to the teachers. Sky's the limit!

Need your expert guidance! Having 2 offers from qualitest and Capgemini for devops engineer role! JD is pretty much same in both the orgs but Qualitest is providing fixed X lpa and Capgemini is also giving fixed X.8 lpa. So which offer should I consider? Please help me here!
