Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. Hello Friends Am working in Presales for past 3 years. Overall 4+years exp. Got offers from pwc n Grant thorton. Pwc offered 9.3 Lpa fixed with other benefits. Grant Thorton 9.75 Lpa Fixed. Pwc one is US shift (6pm-3Am) while GT one is day shift(11Am - 8PM). Considering more ctc n day shift in GT over night shift in PWC. Is it good decision to drop the big 4? PwC Grant Thornton
