Hi everyone,
I am filing my ITR-2 under the new tax regime. My Form 16 includes an amount under Section 80CCD(2) (Employer's NPS Contribution).
However, on the Income Tax e-filing portal, the Amount is shown correctly, but the "Amount eligible for deduction" is automatically showing as ₹0, so the deduction is not getting applied in the tax computation.
Has anyone else faced this issue?

I have recently joined Deloitte and have to submit my HRA declaration, my work location is Hyderabad and even i staying in Hyderabad on rent but my owner refuse to give me her PAN card details.
I can submit my parents PAN details ( both are retired but they stay in Jharkhand) instead of my owners

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.
