Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

It mainly depends on the city you moved to. Most of the cities in India have got very hard water in tap and shower and bcoz of it the long term issue ppl see is with hair fall and skin problems. It’s very important to check the quality of water you are using for bath, bcoz otherwise no matter what shampoo or products you use for treatment the problem won’t solve.
Buy a water TDS meter on Amazon for only 199. Check the quality of water, if it’s 500+ then you better move to other city or get water treatment done asking owner or if you stay at your own place. If the range is 200-300 then it’s ok but just check the water is not hard like the salt in water that causes white patches. You can buy a water softener and use it which mainly acts on this water hardness.
I hv seen results myself after 3-4 months of changing water quality. Give it a try. Btw F here so telling from my experience
use this Lucido-L oil for few weeks and check if you see any difference. It’s an imported argan oil

Consult your derma for minimalist's hair growth serum. I have seen some people personally speaking of good results.
Do a patch test and try using rosemary oil with a carrier oil before hair wash. You can find directions on how to apply it online. It helped me a lot with hair regrowth.
As someone else suggested, wash your hair with RO water. Avoid using Minoxidil without consulting a doctor. Hair growth is good when you use it but once you stop, the hair fall is way worse. I have been through this personally. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.
Try Kerastase Genesis range.... expensive but effective unless your hairfall is due to internal factors.

Others may suggest different things, but there is also a factor of diet involved here. You were probably having a nutritious diet in your hometown and started eating junk after moving to the city. The vitamin and mineral deficiency may be impacting your hair health. I suggest taking multi-vitamin tablets after consulting a physician
Shampoo I use is Tresemme Botanique Nourish and Replenish, the Olive Oil and Camellia Oil variant, check carefully because they all have similar packaging, conditioner I rarely use but when I do, it is Ceuticoz Keramote Repair Conditioner and finish it up with little bit of Livon on my hair to untangle, try these, they might work for you but diet and the kind of water you are using will Definitely affect your hair, I would suggest to add more fruits in your diet and get Bisleri water can to wash your hair, sounds ridiculous but works!
