I applied for the Strategic Partnerships Manager role at Google India around 3 weeks ago through a referral. Since then, my application status has stayed as “Submitted,” but it’s been updated multiple times (showing "updated xx hours ago" on three separate occasions).

About 10 days ago, I received an email saying my profile had been shared with the recruiter, but I haven’t heard anything since — no calls or further communication yet.

Any insights?

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?

I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th. I wasn’t informed of the results and reached out, but the recruiter isn’t replying to my emails. Does this mean I was rejected?
