I usually snap a pic using my OneDrive app so they’re automatically backed up my account. But I think TripCase (which i use to manage my travel automatically) has this feature too.
Camscanner. Takes a snapshot, convert it to pdf, throw the receipt away. Ezpz.
Take a picture of every receipt, and then throw them away.
You can be even more sophisticated and use an app called “Scanbot” and set customizations so that it automatically tags any information you want it to. And then can move them into folders as you see fit
Take a pic and toss it. We only need receipts over $50 and can email them to our system.

If you use Concur, you can take a picture directly from the app. The receipts save to the your Receipt Store within the app and you can match direct to the expense when it’s time. The receipts are accessible from the mobile app or desktop. I usually take a picture of the receipt as soon as it’s in my hand, definitely by the end of the day.
