Hi everyone, I got an offer released by KGS with joining date as April 27th and they mentioned that they can extend until May 11th. but right now my current manager is very strict about the notice period. He want me to serve 3 months not even 1 day less and my LWD is June 14th how i can tackle this and KPMG HR told me that they won't even keep my profile on hold if i fail to join them.
