Hi everyone, I got one offer and they give joining in 60 days but the situation is my current employer has 90 days notice period and my manager not giving me early release even I said I can buyout the remaining notice period still he does not agree and giving me reasons so please give me suggestions or solutions what can i do at this situation.

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. I generally feel confident in my work, but lately when I make mistake, I just overthink everything afterwards. I start worrying about people judging me or not wanting to work with me on my own team and client. Some people say “imposter” syndrome might be affecting me. I wish I could just get over something and move on.

I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
