Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L

Ninjacart is yet to make me an offer and they asked me for the offer letter in hand. I'm waiting for ola's offer letter so that ninjacart will make an offer on top of that. But ola is willingly not sending me the offer letter soon. I plan to join MMT finally by making them match the highest offer. How to leverage this situation better?

Hi,I've joined my current org around 2 months back. I horribly lowballed myself during my initial salary negotiation. 2 months here, I like the work but feel extremely underpaid and can't get that out of my system. I regret my mistake everyday :(
