Just received a formal offer from Deloitte Consulting as a SC in Strategy & Analytics. Base is $125K, no sign-on bonus. This isn’t much of an increase from what I’m making now. Haven’t reached out to negotiate yet and the recruiter has been pretty quick on the phone so far. I’m coming from a smaller firm, 8 YOE, mainly data analytics and cloud. I have an offer in hand from MakeMyTrip 20 L fixed + 2L joining bonus. I have a verbal offer from ola electric 20L fixed + 2L joining bonus + 2L variable pay. Ninjacart is yet to make me an offer and they asked me for the offer letter in hand. I'm waiting for ola's offer letter so that ninjacart will make an offer on top of that. I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
