I had my HR round last Friday.
In the call it was confirmed by HR that, I have been selected and they will initiate the offer letter process for me.

In the Infy portal it is still showing the decision pending for me.

Should I resign from my current org?

Please could anyone tell how much time it takes ideally to get the offer letter.

Please suggest....
