Hi everyone,

I have 2 offers for a Data Scientist role and would appreciate your advice:

Accenture: ₹14.5 LPA + variable (ML11 - Analyst, junior level)
PwC: ₹17 LPA fixed + bonus (Senior Associate)

I have 3.5 yrs PMO experience and recently transitioned into Data Science through courses and projects, but lack production experience.

Which role would be better for learning, growth, and handling responsibilities at this stage?

Thanks!

Yes, I am also in same path

Choose Accenture. PwC will be like a consultant position and you may face problems as you don't have real life project experience

Ok thank you!! Could you please help me to elaborate more or the reason as I almost planned to join pwc.

What was your last CTC or current CTC

So Accenture already gave you a revised offer based on the PwC Offer?

Hi, I am also looking to transition to data science role could you please guide like what course you have done any suggestions Thanks

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.
