Accenture: ₹14.5 LPA + variable (ML11 - Analyst, junior level)
PwC: ₹17 LPA fixed + bonus (Senior Associate)

I have 3.5 yrs PMO experience and recently transitioned into Data Science through courses and projects, but lack production experience.

Which role would be better for learning, growth, and handling responsibilities at this stage?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

Hello all. I'm a Foreign Medical Graduate who recently moved to US looking fot better life. Currently not Board Certified to work as a physician in US territory. I'm currently working as a Patient Care Technician in a dialysis company because it was the 1st job I could get when I got to the US. Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
