Hi Everyone, I have a Problem please help me find a solution

I have a fake criminal case on me due to property dispute.

The case is currently pending in court , and neither the opposite party nor us have any proofs, so most probably it will either go on for 10 years or else it will be settled.

The problem is I got offer letter from a mnc company I have submitted BGV along with LOA where they told that No criminal case should be framed against me by court , No case/involved.

What should I do

Any recruiters on here who have never reached out about a job and then not followed up? Asking for an industry.

I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Should I just cancel one of them? Or should I at least put both on the table and see what they say? They're going to hire me either way, but I wonder if it's a bad start to ask for both.

In the beginning of my career I absconded 1 company who had 3 years bond and I worked there for 5 months.
