Hi Everyone, I have an offer from Synechron of 24LPA as fixed. Today I got an another offer from Capgemini of 26LPA. How can I ask Synechron HR to match the offer with Capgemini? I have already accepted the synechron offer in myWorkday. They will match the offer or not? My Joining date is 25th June. Is it too late to ask ?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.
