Hi everyone! New to Fishbowl and working remotely in Portland area, if anyone wants to connect!

Is anyone else out there really struggling with typos, section references, or things like that? I’m doing everything one is supposed to do (print out, read loud, triple checking, etc.) but still can’t get everything right. It is a real burden to my team when we try to post in the data room or send to counter parties. I’m a third year, and I know those mistakes shouldn’t happen with my YOE but god I wish I could stop them!

I’m currently a BDR at a small family business who specializes in financial services. Total sales team is 11 people just to give you an idea.

I’ve been here for 2 years now and it’s my first job out of college. Id like to move to a larger company with more growth and training as I know it will help me for the future.

I’m afraid that with my limited experience and an unknown company that will be hard to get my foot in anywhere. What should I do?

Hey Gente, Im applying for jobs and I wanted to get others opinion on the race part of the application process. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters.
