I have received an offer letter and accepted.
I connected to hr over the call and asked for a location to change Bangalore to Pune, and she said it will take a few days. I did not upload documents for BGC one of the employees said to me once location change complete then upload. I have tried multiple calls to hr and try to reach through mail but no response.
In this situation what should I do?

I am working as a technology analyst and have 5.5 yrs of experience. Currently I am working for application support with java Spring MVC as a technology. I am eager to switch for a better prospect. Please do advice. Any referral in this regard can be of great help. Thanks in advance!!

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

My status at Accenture portal is Offer accepted.
When it will change to 'Hired' ?
