Looking to see if 15LPA fixed+4LPA ( 27% variable) is as per market standards.
Also a joining bonus of 1.2L
YOE:8
Role: scrum master.

Is revision in offer a possibility?

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
