We recently got the ok to schedule our orientation and delivery date for our IVF medications and all I have to say is ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! My husband has dermatomyositis, and his doctor put off treatment so that we could do some collection and go through IVF. I felt like my dr was blowing off our timeline, but I persisted. I worked with CVS Caremark directly and got approval in 2 days (not the expected 3 weeks). Moral of the story: ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!

I’ve been in an in-house role since the beginning of the year and just gave 2 weeks’ notice to leave for a much better paying and better titled position. The response has been very petty, to the point that I’ve been called unprofessional even after I asked the hiring attorney whether I could give longer notice at the current company’s request. Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work.
