So is anyone concerned with inflation coming? How’s is your firm dealing with this? I just saw a 1L of smart water for $11 in Midtown..

Move to a cheaper place, eat less, and oh, buy a gun and a bullet while it's still cheap.

Only one bullet haha

Sounds accurate to me. I feel like I wouldn’t blink at $9.99 so $11 doesn’t seem far off, but shit is always expensive af—you either get used to it, become mature enough to order in bulk to budget (tbf I don’t do this) or you leave. Welcome to midtown baby!!!

Come across the river to NJ. Paid 1.49 for a gallon of water the other day. Courts are better, we have those green things on the ground around our houses, no 3% city income tax, and comp is…call it 80% of NYC. Tbf your friends will never visit you, even though I can get to midtown faster than some of my friends in Brooklyn.

And with respect to Patent Attorney 1’s comment: you can actually buy a gun and bullet here!

Motions
I work in a midsize firm and we have the basic subscription to westlaw, which doesn’t include the ability to see filed briefs, motions, etc without incurring additional costs. I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? So if I’m drafting a summary judgment I could search the service and find a similar one. If this doesn’t exist.. I think I found the next million dollar idea lol
