Just wish to apprise, I got a call from the recruiter. Their recruiter would lowball you a lot. This company doesn’t have any budgets in place at all. They are pathetic organisation truly I can say. I went for 4 rounds and 1 take home case study. I worked on the case study for 32 hours and still they rejected me. There was no doubt I was the right person for the job, still their budgets were not in place.
I asked for a minimum of 30 percent hike and post all the rounds they shared the thank you for your time mail. They don’t care for the efforts or hard work you put in place at all. If times are bad they will lay you off and put you on garden leaves for good. The managers are mostly females and have no sense of taking interviews at all. They have been here for quite some time and won’t select you at all. Truly pathetic experience. Will never apply at Gartner ever again.
