I got my offer letter in May 2025 for the Management Trainee role. Since my final exams were pending back then, I only submitted basic documents. Now I’ve sent my final certificates to the ILP/onboarding team, but I haven’t received any reply yet.

Is this delay normal? How long does document verification usually take for MT hires? Anyone who went through this process, please guide me. Thank you!

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?

My company is in need of a update online, could use your opinions! We need to better showcase our culture (caring, supportive, fun, intelligent IT industry leaders) as well as diversity. We are predominantly white still but making strides to improve here. What’s the best way to approach? I don’t want to seem disingenuous or that we are singling out our diverse employees (asking for photos). We have a remote and on-site workforce about 350+ EEs. Non white EEs make up about 35% of the company rn.

My sister & I don’t get along because i feel she is extremely rude & prefers outsiders over family. My parents however, despite the fact that she disrespects them too, always say she is our daughter & we have to deal with it so just let her be. My mom thinks she is not in a good financial state so we should help her & I don’t want to given her disgusting behavior.
