I just got an offer 85k for Northrop Grumman financial analyst. I am quite disappointed for the base salary. I tried to negotiate but the recruiter asked me to present it through an email then she'll pass it to the hiring manager. Should I take it or not? Should I consider LT growth? Should I keep looking?
