Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Evernorth with a 34% hike. During discussions, the recruiter mentioned free cab, ₹150 food coupons, and shift allowance. However, I don't see shift allowance mentioned in the offer letter or benefits document. Can anyone confirm if it's provided separately?

Also, how is the work culture, work-life balance, job stability, and layoff situation at Evernorth? Any insights from current or former employees would be appreciated.

If you are in evening shift like starts from 2:30pm then only you will get shift allowance. Work culture are fine and depends on your offshore manager, if he/she do micromanagement or not

Shift allowance depends on your designation. They give only upto adviser role. So please check with HR

Rising Star

Shift allowance is there. But that is only for shift timings of 2nd shift and night shift. And usual/day shift is 11:30 am - 8:30pm.

Layoff concern is not there if you are good in tech with some genuine interest in tech and learning. But if you slack and chill, performance based layoff can definitely happen. But mass layoff as keeps happening in many other organisations, is highly unlikely to happen here for near term (2-3 yrs)
