I recently attended the f2f drive for cognizant (31st Jan) and cleared my L1, L2 and HR round. But post clearance, I have not received any further mail for the next process.
How long does it take for the process to initiate? Or how do we know we'll even receive one?

I have tried to mail the recruiter from whom I received the invite for the drive but have not received any response.
Can someone help me?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
