I recently completed the first interview round at Barclays with a VP and a technical associate, and I was informed that I had cleared it. I then completed the SHL assessment yesterday and am currently waiting for an update.

- Was there a Director round after SHL?
- Has anyone seen candidates being rejected solely based on the SHL assessment?
- How long did it take to receive the next update after completing SHL?

1. I enjoy the people management more than individual contributor stuff. What career paths do you see in our industry for people who are managing support engineering teams?
2. What certifications are valued today? Seems like being a AWS Cloud Practitioner is a good general one, but are there others that stand out?

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?
