I recently completed the HR and Hiring Manager rounds for a role at NatWest. I’ve requested the team to release the offer as soon as possible. They tried to process it yesterday, but I was informed that it may take until next week.

Even with a short notice period, I’m curious about the typical timeline for offer releases after these rounds. Any insights or experiences from those who’ve gone through this process would be really helpful!

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

Outside of salary, what other things have people negotiated as new hire, I’ve seen more PTO, working from home, sign on bonus, even stock options?
