I recently interviewed at EY GDS and got the offer of fixed 17.5 LPA(Though I asked between 18.5-19 LPA) and on top of it giving VPB of 10% for senior Consultant 2 designation.
Currently working with Westernacher with 13.2 LPA CTC(12 LPA fixed).
Total IT experience- 4 Y 3 Months
Total EWM Functional Experience- 4 Years
Is this EY pay justifying with the experience I have currently, please let me know.

Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not?
