I recently moved from Belgium to Australia and I am looking for jobs in Melbourne. I have a bachelor degree in Accounting, a certificate in Finance and worked at Deloitte for around 3 years as an Accountant.
Does anyone have some tips, job refferal or recommendations for me to help me get a job ? I always wanted to be an (internal) auditor for so long, I believe can't get job without certification, can someone recommend any?

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.
