My joining in another company is in 1 month
But the HR is not listening, and asking me to serve 90 days or buyout.
I am not able to do any of the buyout.
HR is not even listening.
Any guidance in this please?

I have done 3 rounds of interviews in Wells Fargo for Senior Software Engineer. The HR who is coordinating the interviews told final Hiring Manager round is pending. I have done Client interview on 26th Nov. What next and what will be the further process?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.
