I work with numerator as bilingual analyst (French) for almost 3 years and this has been my first job, i want to switch to BA.
Can anyone guide me with what skills and knowledge i need to learn and gain and how I can start.
I have tried searching everywhere possible but every where it’s a different roadmap.

I am currently working in technical support in cloud at TCS for 1.4 years. The work is very rudimentary and almost no skill is required for it.

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
