Right now I’m working as a junior product engineer in Amsterdam. From januari on I’ll be a medior product engineer. And now I’m in the middle of negotiating about my salary increase. The salary that I’m being offered feels low (41.5k).

Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. Also what is the hierarchy. Additionally they have offered me 9.5 as Total Base pay however i had asked for 11 as base. Can you guys suggest if i should ask for more ?

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. A good friend of mine graduated from Parsons this past summer, has degrees in Journalism and French, is a talented photographer and designer (which I feel I have a pretty decent eye for after working at a design-driven branding agency for half a decade). And I’m certain she’d make a fabulous junior AD or content strategist. Unfortunately she, like many in this pandemic, is still without a job. Any advice for her and/or shops/hiring managers/non-traditional job hunt tips to steer her towards?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. Question for partners/leaders who make decisions on salary. What do you think of those who have been at the company a long time and are high performers but make significantly less than experienced new hires at the same level? Do you have less respect for them for not being able to negotiate more money?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
