I'm a DevOps/Cloud Engineer with around X years of experience and currently have two offers:
Infosys – 16.5 LPA CTC
Verticurl – 18 LPA CTC
The fixed take-home component in Verticurl is approximately ₹25,000/month higher than Infosys.
I'm trying to decide which company would be better from a long-term career perspective. Has anyone worked at Infosys or Verticurl recently? How is the work culture, appraisal process, project quality, and overall employee experience?
