I’m currently working in a mid-size MNC as a AnalyticsEngineer. My total experience is 4.3 years, and my CCTC is 9 LPA.

Tech stack:

- SQL
- Snowflake,DWH
- DBT
- ETL/ELT pipelines
- AWS

I am currently serving my NP and have an offer of 12 LPA(Fixed)

- Is 12 LPA a fair offer for my experience and tech stack?
- What is the current market salary range for someone with 4+ YoE in Snowflake, DBT, AWS, and ETL?

Any suggestions or insights would be really helpful.
