During the initial HR discussion, I was told this was already above their stated range for the role. However, I requested to proceed with the interviews and discuss compensation later. I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.
