Is it really difficult to get good HR Jobs of 6-7 LPA salary now?
Nowadays it is really getting difficult to get even a job interview without a referral.

Since January, I was able to attend only 4-5 interviews.

My manager micro manages everything I do, and I’m losing my mind. Wanted to see how any of you have handled a manager like this, and get some advice on how to tell them to literally stop.

Recently hired an admissions consultant and based off of our consultation she was great. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

Should I be concerned about abusing adderell? I was depressed/lacking motivation and needed to get some deals done and my hours up ASAP. Convinced my doctor I had ADHD, so I now have a legal prescription. I feel so much better, and am getting so much accomplished. No judgement please. We all know this is a high stress, high pressure environment.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?
