Hi everyone! I’ve recently noticed that every month for the last several months I have been having extreme depression and mood swings that lasts several days. Once it passes, I’m normal and it is like nothing happened. It is always right before my period. I tried talking to gyno about this but was brushed off. Anyone else experience this and what do they do for it. I am destroying relationships around me.
