How different are the physical requirements for men vs women? I'm thinking of the Navy specifically but would welcome insights from any branch of the military, thanks

They are adjusted based on age as well as gender I think.

^ That's correct. I found the exact difference on the Navy website. Copying & pasting here: MEN 17-19
50 situps in 2 minutes
42 pushups in 2 minutes
1.5 mile run in 12:30
WOMEN 17-19
50 situps in 2 minutes
19 pushups in 2 minutes
1.5 mile run in 15:30

We're built differently so there are different requirements, but it requires you to be in peak condition regardless. And even if you're in close to perfect condition, you will still be pushed further than you think you can endure.

The requirements are quite different for men and women but don't let that stop you, they're having a really hard time getting enough recruits in every branch of the service right now. https://about.bgov.com/news/us-military-services-face-biggest-recruiting-hurdles-in-50-years/

It seems reasonable as far as I'm concerned, they don't expect men and women to be the same but I think it would be crazy if they did. It's easier for men to build muscle than it is for women. We're still just as tough, just different.

Just got briefed to come up with a brand tagline and I quote: “Client is expecting action in the tagline, some sort of verb.” No other information, except what I already know of the brand by virtue of working on it. When I asked to speak with the client, my request was denied. Absolutely incensed with the servicing team. Not sure how to tell them this is unacceptable without screaming! Any advice on how to deal?
