I’ve recently received an offer from a company but in the offer letter they have the spelling of my name wrong. I’m trying to reach out to HR but HR is not picking up the phone. Mailed the HR multiple times but no response. Should I accept the offer with this issue? Will it create problems in BGV or in future? Please suggest what to do!

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
