Hello all, as a transaction coordinator do you have any insight on a bonus structure and which would be better? A per file transaction bonus or a quarterly bonus with an end of year bonus, all based on performance.

This might be philosophical but wanted to understand if we should get satisfied and be happy with what we have or keep striving for more?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough. not sure if anyone is active in this bowl, but made the move from Sales to CS in 2020! I work in the SaaS industry and our team has over quadrupled in size in the past 6 months. I am a manager and love my job. curious if anyone has any tips for building out a quickly scaling CS team?

I work in inside sales and was curious if call quotas are typical? 150 calls a week are what is expected but I have so many other tasks to take care of that I do not hit this quota. We do not do cold calling so it’s not like I have infinite people to call.

What skills would you say are transferable from an SDR role to a CSM? I would want to make a transition soon in a few months... Currently in tech. Any suggestions on where to apply?
