Thoughts on Netflix’s Partner Track 😂
Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

Hey, I totally get you — I go through this phase every few months too.
This isn’t advice, just a slightly unhinged take — feel free to read and forget. I’ve tried everything: art hobbies, self-help books (they all start sounding the same), journaling (mine hasn’t been updated since January)... and nothing really works.
What I’ve learned is that after the guilt phase comes boredom. You get tired of scrolling, tired of reels — I’ve had 13-hour phone days, and then suddenly, I just snapped out of it. Got bored, got back to work, and started feeling like myself again.
You’ll get there too — just give it time and be kind to yourself while you ride it out.
Finally someone said it!!!!
Others will always keep saying try this try that.
But tbh nothing really works.
You just get bored and back to work.
That’s the reality!
Also this mindless scrolling happens mainly when we have less work, once there’s some urgency, reels are our least priority.
I uninstall insta for a month or two every year.
That helps me.
I was going through a similar kind of phase in the past...i would recommend a book - So good that they can't ignore you by Cal Newport.
Start writing a journal... gratitude journal, write 3 at least 3 things before sleep that makes you happy/you are grateful about;
Another goal tracking journal - start with small tasks...write at least 1 or 2 things you really want to do before sleep & keep it beside your bed, next day after waking up read that.
Spend some time without screens(no social media), near plants or whatever you like to do.
Slowly you will be on track 💪🏻 hope this helps 😇
Thanks. I'll try these out 😊
I’ve tried motivating myself, setting small achievable goals, but somehow nothing seems to stick. I was considering joining an online course to upskill in my current stack and also connect with like-minded people — maybe even find an accountability partner. But I’m a bit skeptical since so many academies seem more like marketing than real value.
Has anyone else been through this phase? How did you handle it? Would love to hear your thoughts or any suggestions you might have.
Thanks in advance! :)
Uninstall the apps that is the best solution. Especially insta X reels fb.
Works like a charm do it for atleast 2 weeks continuously you will feel positive plus add some exercise to your routine.
Define a minimum day: Things that you would do everyday no matter what like 30mins exercise.
