What is SM role salary band with Big 4 Value Service Creation/M&A offering in Canada? What is a sign on bonus?

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered. I am going to attend interview for Cloud Support Engineer 1 (Network & Security). Can anyone help me with the salary I can ask for this role. I have 3.5 years of experience.
